The school is a limited company which is governed by the Board of Directors. The Board sets the strategy for the school with the Headteacher and supports the school’s plans for development. The Board meets regularly with the Leadership Team to provide support and to ensure accountability, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and continuing improvement.
