Aims
Challenge Innovate Nurture
Our vision is to provide a challenging and innovative education for our pupils, in an environment of care and respect, where curiosity is rewarded and a lifelong love of learning is nurtured. We view primary education as an end in itself, which is why we seek to provide a broad and varied curriculum, to let children live in the ‘now’ while also preparing them for their futures.
At Rosemary Works School children proudly take their place in a globally connected world, armed with the knowledge and skills required to thrive in their senior schools, and the confidence, ambition, and courage to take their next steps out into the world and the successful life that awaits them.
We protect our pupils’ childhoods as times of excitement, playfulness and wonder, in an environment where they feel safe and secure enough to take the risks, and make the mistakes, that are an essential part of the learning journey.
We nurture our pupils’ personal development, their happiness, safety and wellbeing, and we help to build the social skills and emotional resilience that will accompany them through life’s many challenges and great adventures.
