Pastoral Care

Rosemary Works has an enduring reputation for its strong pastoral care. We arrange our school days to ensure that staff get to know each child well throughout their time with us, and relationships are warm yet well-boundaried. We believe in developing friendly relationships with our pupils’ families, and welcome opportunities to meet at social events, or just for a catch up in the playground. This fosters the ‘family-feel’ that visitors often remark on when they visit the school.

We encourage parents to share any concerns they have with their child’s class teacher, because we understand that even a seemingly trivial upset, can affect a child’s feeling for the rest of the day.
