School Fees

School fees at Rosemary Works are charged termly and payable on the first day of each term. For 2026–27, education (5 days a week, 9.30am–4pm) is £7,722 per term including VAT, with optional school lunch at £297.50 per term (VAT exempt). Nursery fees are paid monthly. Means-tested bursaries may be available — contact admissions@rosemaryworks.co.uk.

Nursery fees are payable monthly, on the fifth of each calendar month. Fees are calculated over the year and divided into 12 equal monthly payments.

Sibling discount

Parents with 2 or more children are entitled to a sibling discount of 10% per child on the lowest fee for as long as the siblings attend Rosemary Works.

Breakfast and After School Club

VAT exempt. You may drop your child off at 9.15am without incurring additional costs.

Holiday Play Schemes

VAT exempt. Children who attend term time only may attend play days during the holidays on an ad hoc basis, subject to spaces being available.

10% discount if you choose our full-time package, including pre and post school care, lunch, tea and all play schemes in the holidays.

Charges for late payment

There is a charge of £75 for termly fees not paid within 10 working days of receipt of the invoice. For parents paying by standing order, if this is not received within 7 working days of the due date, a charge of £18.75 per month will be made.

Late pick-up penalty

After School Club closes at 6pm sharp. Parents picking up after 6pm will receive a penalty charge of £10 per 15 minutes. Staff who stay to look after the child receive the full penalty payment.

Bursaries

From time to time, the school may offer eligible families means-tested financial support with the payment of school fees.

A bursary award is intended to enable children to access the benefits of a high-quality primary education regardless of their family’s financial circumstances. Its objective is to widen participation by supporting pupils who would not otherwise be able to attend, thereby promoting diversity, inclusion, and social mobility within the school community.
